On May 25th at 8:00am at the Lee's Summit Historical Cemetery VFW Post 5789 will hold a Memorial Day Ceremony. It will be held at the Flagpole at 3rd St. and Independence. A breakfast will be held at the Post Home 329 SE Douglas, Lee's Summit following the ceremony.
Assistance in installing the nearly 200 flags on Friday May 22nd at 5:00pm will be greatly appreciated. The flags will be taken down on Monday evening at 5:00pm and assistance will be appreciated.
